In July 2024, PNP Foundation took part in a Sports Day organised by Nakivale Secondary School in collaboration with Finn Church Uganda. The event brought together students, teachers, and community partners to promote physical activity, teamwork, and positive interaction within the school environment.
As part of the day’s activities, PNP Foundation contributed a small set of scholastic materials to support student participation and learning. This was done as part of engaging with the school community and encouraging continued involvement in education and extracurricular activities.
During the event, the PNP Foundation also participated in a friendly football match against the Nakivale Secondary School teaching and staff team. Although the match did not end in our favour, it provided an opportunity for shared physical activity, team spirit, and positive interaction between staff and community members. The experience contributed to wellbeing, morale, and mutual respect among all participants.
PNP Foundation appreciates the efforts of the organisers for successfully coordinating the Sports Day and creating space for collaboration, sportsmanship, and community connection.
